ยง 102 Authority
Pursuant to the authority vested in the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribal Council by virtue of its inherent powers of self-government, and its authority to provide for the health, safety, morals and welfare of the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe, the Tribal Council hereby establishes theHousing Assistance Program, and enacts this Chapter which shall establish the purposes, powers and duties of the Housing Assistance Program.
