ยง 102 Authority
A. Pursuant to the authority vested in the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribal Council by virtue of its inherent powers of self-government, and its authority to provide for the health, wealth and safety, morals and welfare of the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe, hereby establishes the Social Benefit Assistance Program, and enacts this Chapter which shall establish the purposes, powers and duties of the Social Benefit Assistance Program.
B. Each year, the Tribal Council shall establish the amounts of assistance and any additional requirements for participation in aSocial BenefitAssistance Program through resolutions of the Tribal Council.
