§ 103 Definitions

For purposes of this Chapter, the definitions provided in § 101 of Chapter 1 of this Title shall apply and the following additional terms as applied to this Chapter shall mean:

A “Job Training Assistance Program Application” means the application approved by the Tribal Council to support the purposes set forth in this Chapter, including all supplemental documentation required to be included with the Application.

B. “Job Training Assistance Program” means the TribalGovernment Program established in this Chapter.
