103 Definitions

§ 103 Definitions
For purposes of this Chapter, the definitions provided in § 101 of Chapter 1 of this Title shall apply and the following additional terms as applied to this Chapter shall mean:

A. “Death Certificate” means a document issued by a medical practitioner certifying  the deceased state of the Tribal Member or a registrar of a recognized governmental entity or bureau of vital statistics certifying the deceased state of a Tribal Member.

B. “Mortuary Invoice” means the invoice from a chosen mortuary enumerating the costs and expenses of the pending funeral service including transportation of the deceased Tribal Member, if necessary.
