§ 103 Definitions
For purposes of this Chapter, the definitions provided in § 101 of Chapter 1 of this Title shall apply and the following additional terms as applied to this Chapter shall mean:
A. “Tribal Student” means an enrolled Tribal Member of the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe who is 18 years of age or younger, who is currently enrolled in a Head Start program, preschool or K-12 school program.
B. “Back to SchoolAssistance Program Application” means the application approved by the Tribal Council to support the purposes set forth in this Chapter, including all supplemental documentation required to be included with the Application.
C. “Back to SchoolAssistance Program” means the Tribal Government Program established in this Chapter.
