§ 103 Definitions

For purposes of this Chapter, the definitions provided in § 101 of Chapter 1 of this Title shall apply and the following additional terms as applied to this Chapter shall mean:

A. “Social BenefitAssistance Program” means the Tribal Government Program established in this Chapter.
