§ 103 Definitions

For purposes of this Chapter, the definitions provided in § 101 of Chapter 1 of this Title shall apply and the following additional terms as applied to this Chapter shall mean:

A. “CARES Fund Hardship Assistance Application” means the application approved by the Tribal Council to support the purposes set forth in this Chapter, including all supplemental documentation required to be included with the Application.

B. “CARES Fund Hardship Assistance Program” means the Tribal Government Program established in this Chapter.

C. “COVID-19” refers to the Novel Coronavirus 2019, the Coronavirus Pandemic.
