103 General Policy

ยง 103 General Policy
The Constitution of the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe provides that the Tribal Council has the responsibility to regulate all matters and to take all actions necessary to preserve and safeguard the health, safety, welfare and political integrity of the Tribe. It is the policy of the Tribal Council to ensure an adequate system of checks and balances for the administration of the Tribe's fiscal management responsibilities.
