106 Duties of The Vice President

ยง 106 Duties of the Vice President
With respect to the provisions of this Title, the Vice President shall: 

A. In the absence and with the approval of the President, represent the Tribe by name, title and signature in the approval of financial transactions authorized by the Council, with the exception of those documents only the President may execute. 
B. Act as an authorizing signature for all checks, money wires, fund transfers or other transactions involving Tribal funds.
C. Carry out the duties of the President when called upon to do so.
