106 Special Election

§ 106 Special Elections
Special Elections shall be held when called for by the Tribal Council, by the Constitution, or by the voters, in accordance with the Constitution or appropriate ordinances. Special Elections shall refer to all elections other than the General Election, including but not limited to initiative or referendum elections and runoff elections.
