§ 202 Assistance Options
A. The following Assistance Options may be made available in any given year through the CARES Fund Hardship Assistance Program to address the needs of Tribal Members:
1. Tribal Families Support. Provides assistance to eligible tribal members to offset loss of income, childcare costs, medical and health care costs related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Also provides assistance to any eligible adult tribal member who has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic for utility payments, food/groceries, and cleaning and disinfecting supplies.
(a) Amount of Award – each adult member of a household upon submission of an Administratively Complete Application may receive a set amount of funding as set forth by the Tribal Council and established by Resolution.
(b) Amount of Award – each family upon submission of an Administratively Complete Application may receive a set amount of funding per child (under 18 years of age) and/or per court-ordered ward (regardless of age) as set forth by the Tribal Council and established by Resolution.
