§ 302 Specific Eligibility Criteria

A. The Tribal Student must:

      1. Be currently enrolled in a Head Start program, preschool or K-12 school program.

      2. Meet the eligibility requirements for the Back to School Assistance Program as determined by the Tribal Council in accordance with the Back to School Assistance Program Handbook,   including any income eligibility requirements which may be required by any federal or state funded programs, as applicable.

B. Any individual who knowingly and willfully misappropriates funds, property or information for personal or other use, not in the interest of the Tribe shall be subject to the penalties or disciplinary actions as authorized by applicable law and policies.
