§ 402 Who May File
A. An adult Tribal Member may file a petition.
B. A legal parent or guardian may file a petition on behalf of a minor or incompetent Tribal Member entitled to a Per Capita Payment.
C. Any person with an interest in the estate of a deceased person may file a petition on behalf of the estate of the deceased person entitled to a Per Capita Payment. The Tribal Court may also order the establishment of a probate case to address the final disbursement of any Per Capita Payment if one has not already been established in the Tribal Court.
