501 Eligible Voters

§ 501 Eligible Voters
Pursuant to Article VIII, Section 7 of the Constitution, persons must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible to vote in tribal elections:

A. Membership. Persons must be enrolled tribal members.
B. Age. Persons must be eighteen (18) years or older on the date of the election.
