§ 601 Amendments
This Chapter may only be amended by Resolution of the Tribal Council in a meeting at which at least four (4) Tribal Council Members must vote in favor of the amendment. Where required by federal law, amendments to this Chapter shall be subject to approval of the Secretary of the Interior before becoming effective. Any amendment that would amend the Tribe’s Revenue Allocation Plan as approved by the Secretary of the Interior, shall not become effective unless or until the Tribe’s Revenue Allocation Plan is otherwise amended.
