602 Severability

ยง 602 Severability

The provisions of this Chapter are  severable. If any  part  of  this Chapter is declared  invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, that declaration shall not affect the parts of his Chapter which remain, and those parts shall remain in full force and effect.
