505 Cash and Fund Management

ยง 505 Cash and Fund Management

A. The  Tribal Council shall be responsible for establishing appropriate cash and fund management procedures and controls to ensure that all the earnings on all available Tribal funds are maximized.

B. Daily records shall be maintained by the Tribal Accountant reflecting the balances of all Tribal accounts.
