ยง 601 Nomination Meeting
A. Pursuant to Article VIII, Section 5 of the Constitution, the Election Board shall conduct a nomination meeting of eligible voters to nominate tribal members as candidates for Tribal Council seats.
B. The Election Board shall schedule the nomination meeting before the day of the election or on the day of election.
C. The nomination meeting shall be held on a Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Daylight Time) at a public place within Tuba City, Arizona.
