Section 1.
Content of Individual Folder. An individual folder shall be established for each tribal member. This folder shall contain the following items:
(a) Application form
(b) Family tree
(c) Birth certificate
(d) Correspondence
(e) Copy of resolutions affecting enrollment
(f) Death certificate
(g) All other documentation on the person pertinent to member in the tribe
