Who Must fileAll persons not listed on the Tribe’s current membership roll as of the date this ordinance is  adopted, who request membership in the Tribe,  must file an enrollment application. Applications for minors or incompetents may be filed by the applicant’s parent or guardian as the sponsor for the applicant.
