Section 2.

By Enrollment Committee. After receiving an application from the Enrollment Officer, the Enrollment Committee shall review the application. Actions taken by the Enrollment Committee shall include:

      (a) Examine application and documentation.

      (b) Determine accuracy and sufficiency of research. Request that Enrollment Officer perform additional research or take other action as necessary.

      (c) Make a written recommendation to the Tribal Council as to whether the applicant should be accepted or rejected. If the recommendation is for rejection, it shall explain the specific reasons for the recommendation
