Section 2. Current Membership Roll.

Section 2.
Current Membership Roll. The current membership roll is the roll containing the names of alt living members of the Tribe. The Enrollment Officer shall insure that the current membership roll is accurate and up-to- date.

(a) The current membership roll shall be arranged in alphabetical order. For each member, the current membership roll shall include:
      (1) enrollment number,
      (2) sex,
      (3) date of birth, and
      (4) remarks. The remarks column shall indicate the name(s) and the San Juan Paiute enrollment numbers of the member’s parent(s) through whom eligibility for membership was established.
(b) The Enrollment Officer shall add to the current membership roll the names of all persons who apply and are accepted for membership. (c)The Enrollment Officer shall remove from the current membership roll the names of persons who are  deceased, who relinquish their membership in the Tribe pursuant to Article V, Section 1, supra, or who are disenrolled from the Tribe pursuant to Article V, Section 2, supra.
