Section 3.
Perpetual Membership Roll. The perpetual membership roll is the roll containing the names of all past and present enrolled members of the Tribe, beginning with the persons on the base membership roll. The Enrollment Officer shall insure that the perpetual membership roll is accurate and up-to-date.
(a)The perpetual membership roll shall be arranged in numerical order by enrollment number. It shall include all of the information included on the current membership roll, and it shall also have a column for date of death, date of relinquishment of membership and date of disenrollment.
(b) The Enrollment Officer shall add to the perpetual membership roll the names of all persons who apply and qualify for membership but no names shall ever be removed from the perpetual membership roll.
