Section 3.
When to File. There is no deadline established for filing enrollment applications, except when an enrollment cutoff date is authorized by the Tribal Council for specific distribution of tribal funds or for other purposes. The enrollment eligibility and enrollment application filing date for enrollment to share in such distribution or other purposes shall be set forth in specific regulations issued by the Tribal Council.
