Section 5.
Access to Membership Rolls. The Tribe’s membership rolls may be viewed by any member of the San Juan Southern Paiute Tribe who comes to the tribal office. However, neither the membership rolls nor any portion thereof may be copied and/or distributed to any person or organization except upon permission of the Tribal Council by appropriate resolution. The Tribal Council shall use its discretion in using and/or releasing information from the rolls for the benefit of tribal members or tribal programs.
