AppealAny person whose application for enrollment or reinstatement is rejected or who has been disenrolled from the Tribe, shall have the right to appeal to the Tribal Court in accordance with the applicable enrollment ordinance, Provided, That the Tribal Court shall not have jurisdiction over adoptions of persons as tribal members under Section 2, above, unless there is a claim that the provisions of the constitution have been violated.
