ยง 801 Ballots and Ballot Box
A. The Election Board shall prepare Official Ballots using the Official Ballot similar to Form F in the Appendix to this Ordinance.
B. All Official Ballots shall list alphabetically the names of the candidates for each vacant Tribal Council seat, and/or shall describe the issue to be decided in the election.
C. Voters shall not be permitted to write in candidates on any Official Ballot.
D. The Election Board shall obtain a locked ballot box or use an automated electronic system for the purpose of safeguarding marked ballots on election day.
